Biography
Thomas M. Brooke is a graduate of Campbell University School of Law and has been in engaged in the general practice of law since 1981.
Mr. Brooke practices in the area of Real Estate; including residential and commercial real estate transactions. He performs real estate closings for all of the local Banks and is an approved Attorney for Investors Titles Insurance Company as well as several other Title Insurance Companies.
In addition to Real Estate Mr. Brooke has an active criminal practice involving matters from simple traffic tickets to Superior Court Jury Trials. In addition to Criminal trial work Mr. Brooke handles civil litigation particularly Personal Injury and Wrongful Death claims. Finally Mr. Brooke represents the Town of China Grove in municipal and zoning matters.
